Asif Mullan
Managing Director
Asif's Bio
Asif joined mallon errington in 2005 after a career in the retail and technology sectors and has been instrumental in the development of our international division which covers EMEA, APAC and North America. As well as operating in the UK permanent and interim markets, he is responsible for our global reward strategy and handles a variety of senior level assignments including Heads of Reward for FTSE- 100 and Fortune 500 companies. He has also developed our global people/workforce analytics business and has been mandated globally to carry out searches in this fast-growing space. Asif has a truly collaborative approach, partnering closely with his clients to help them identify future HR leaders. With an enviable global network and a diverse range of clients, he has ensured that mallon errignton is the ‘go–to’ consultancy for senior level reward professionals. Asif is also a Director of our Swiss based affiliate, MPF Compensation Services Ltd.
Julie Foley
Operations Director
Julie's Bio
Julie joined mallon errington in 2002 after three years with a ‘Big Four’ accounting firm where she provided administrative services to the partners in the tax division. She is our operations director providing a seamless and efficient support service to the team. Julie has an in depth and detailed knowledge of all our clients and candidates and coordinates all of our search and recruitment activity.
