Description: Our client, a major public sector organisation, is seeking a Senior HR Reward Adviser for a newly created role reporting into the Reward and Recognition Manager.

This an exciting time to join the organisation during a period of change and development. Your role will be to research, review and update a range of policies, rewards and benefits as well as develop a reward strategy that will focus on recruiting and retaining high calibre staff to enable them to become an employer of choice.
