Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 base plus bonus
Our client, a leading global professional services organization, is seeking to recruit a Reward and Benefits Manager to join the team. You will be managing a team of 2 reporting directly into the Head of Reward. The focus of this role is to develop, manage and deliver key reward and benefits strategies and projects within the UK, with exposure to EMEA and the US on critical global reward initiatives. Key to success in this role will be the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues in HR and across the business, to understand where reward interventions can have the most impact. You should be a strong project manager with demonstratable delivery and implementation experience and a breadth of knowledge across both reward and benefits. You will project manage the annual salary review and bonus processes in conjunction with regional HR Leads and Manage the provision of market data surveys and input as required. You will also work closely with the global mobility team to develop competitive reward packages to support secondments. You will manage all third party benefits suppliers and participate in developing a total reward proposition that brings together pay, bonus, benefits and recognition and support related engagement initiatives.
