Our client, a well recognised high street company, is seeking to recruit a customer-focused Reward Analyst to support the team in managing the annual pay review process and other cyclical reward activities, including the company bonus schemes and annual benefits review. Reporting to the Reward Manager, you will submit and collate salary survey data and be the first point of contact for HR teams on all reward issues, manage all modelling on changes to grading structure, salary ranges and bonus design and present results and recommendations in a simple format. This role will also manage the flexible benefits platforms and you will be the first point of contact for benefits providers and brokers and manage the annual renewal process for all benefits. Reward Analyst

Our client, a global technology company, is seeking a Reward Analyst to join a small team at the HQ. The purpose of the role will be to provide support to the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager in implementing the reward strategy and directly supporting country HR heads in reward processes and projects. You will also administer and support the management of the UK company benefits including pensions, cars and private healthcare and put forward proposals and ideas for change. Your responsibilities will include managing the annual salary review, submission of salary surveys and job evaluation. You will also assist the HR team on ad-hoc projects. Compensation Data Consultant

Our client, a global HR consulting firm, is currently looking to recruit a Consultant to join the Compensation & Benefits Data Services team in London. The role will provide survey and compensation consulting support to the company’s clients in the U.K, possibly as a sector specialist. Other responsibilities include conducting bespoke surveys, as well as supporting and increasingly leading compensation based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay assessments. In addition, you will assist the survey production team with data validations, conducting job benchmarking, providing new and existing clients with survey pricing proposals, working with other consultants and the survey production and effectively build relationships internally and externally to ensure the efficiency of the business. Group Reward Adviser

Our client, a FTSE 100 organisation, is seeking to hire an experienced and numerate reward professional to join their HR team as a Group Reward Adviser. Reporting to the Reward Manager, the purpose of the job is to provide analytical expertise to the group on market data and benchmarking and to support the Reward function on a global basis. You will be carrying out internal and external benchmarking of reward and benefits globally, working with the HR Business Partner in gathering compensation data, operational delivery for the global annual compensation review process, contribute to the development of overall HR strategy and helping with the designing of share scheme programmes. Other tasks will see the you providing support to the Chief HR Officer for Remuneration Committee presentations and assist Managers and HR colleagues on reward issues. EMEA Benefits Manager

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, your main responsibilities will include the development of the global reward strategy, designing a reward communications system to improve employee awareness and be actively involved in the remuneration committees and its findings. Work towards the company’s pay policy will involve the setting of the governing process of the annual payment process and overseeing its implementation.
