Asif Mullan

Asif heads up our international reward division and handles appointments at all levels. His early career was spent in FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 organisations in a variety of management roles. Asif joined mallon errington in 2005. Asif focuses on expanding our services to clients and candidates outside of the UK. Recently he has worked on a number of senior roles in Switzerland, Dubai, Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore and India.

Carmel Mallon

Carmel founded the business in 1999, after a career in HR and recruitment with a leading Big 4 accountancy firm. Prior to setting up mallon errington, she spent 9 years managing the recruitment of fee earning professionals in tax, reward and HR, primarily in the UK and in the Middle and Far East.  Carmel has considerable experience of recruiting specifically in the reward sector which spans nearly 20 years, making her one of the most experienced recruiters in the reward arena. She works across all industry sectors in the UK and internationally and her key area of focus is reward recruitment within financial services and professional services.

Claudia Abell

Claudia works across both our permanent and interim reward divisions. Claudia deals with appointments at all levels and sectors and has 10 years recruitment experience, most of which has been gained at mallon errington but also with large global UK plc recruitment organisations. Claudia began working with mallon errington in 2000 until 2004 and returned to the firm in 2008, after a period of working and living in Australia. More recently Claudia's focus has moved towards the interim reward market both in the UK and overseas and she manages our interim business.

Julie Foley

Julie joined mallon errington in 2002 and provides excellent support to the team in her role as office manager. Julie joined us from a big 4 accountancy firm, where she provided administrative services to tax partners and managers. She began her career in retail banking where she was a customer services representative.
